EP’s Sales department is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative for a territory which includes the states of New Yok, New Jersey and Maryland.
The Field Sales Representative will provide balanced sales coverage of accounts in his/her territory. Coordinate selling strategy on all Target Accounts, in conjunction with the Senior Director of Medical Sales, Regional Sales Manager, and Account Executives. Must achieve an expert level of knowledge of EBSCO Publishing’s products and competition.
Qualifications include a Bachelors degree and three years of Sales experience (not including retail). A background in hospital sales is preferred as the Sales Rep will market EP products and services to the hospital market with 300 beds or less and medical residency programs. We are looking for individuals with strong initiative, the ability to prioritize, and proven communication, follow-up and sales skills. Must be willing to travel 40-70%. The ability to operate a company vehicle (subject to a motor vehicle background check) is required. Salary, commission, expenses, company car and complete benefit package included. Candidates should currently live in the territory.
